Role SummaryThe Corporate Brand Communication Coordinator will be an integral member of the Content and Communications team, collaborating with various departments to develop and disseminate messaging that reinforces the IMS People brand.
This role is essential in articulating the organization's narrative to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Draft, revise, and oversee the production of communications that align with the corporate brand narrative.
- Develop and/or provide guidance on communication materials for internal partners across different departments.
- Identify and curate stories and themes from within the organization that exemplify the company's culture and values.
- Review communication materials for consistency, adherence to established style guidelines, and factual correctness.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in communications, content strategy, or a similar field.
- Proficient in AP style guidelines.
- Experience in adhering to a brand style guide, with the ability to modify tone and voice for diverse audiences and messages.
- Exceptional writing and editorial skills, capable of producing clear and accessible content.
- Ability to tailor writing style for various formats, including print, digital, event scripts, and video.
- Comprehension of how communication strategies contribute to an overarching brand vision.
- Preferred background in the healthcare sector, with familiarity in writing/editing clinical content, medical terminology, and service lines.
- Self-driven and adept at meeting deadlines.
