How you make a difference

The Regulatory Compliance Coordinator will report to and work closely with the Vice President and Associate General Counsel of Regulatory Compliance to manage complex regulatory and legal compliance initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Lead collaborative efforts with the regulatory compliance team to inventory site consent decrees and develop comprehensive work plans with clear timelines. Coordinate a unified approach to compliance initiatives by working closely with Legal/Risk, Compliance, Clinical, Quality, and Operations teams. Support the creation of corrective action plans in conjunction with county entities, facilitating adherence to legal mandates and minimizing associated risks. Facilitate streamlined communication between operations teams and external legal representatives, ensuring efficient responses to discovery requests and Judges' orders. Drive the implementation of technology-driven solutions for internal audit and compliance purposes, assisting in the development and implementation of policies and procedures aligned with Action Plan requirements, in collaboration with the Policy Committee. Qualifications & Requirements

Education B.S. or B.A. preferred; or related experience. Experience Minimum of three years’ experience as a paralegal or legal field, preferably in health care and regulatory fields. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Attention to detail and an ability to work collaboratively within a team. An understanding of regulatory compliance or legal environments is a plus. Excellent research and writing skills required.
