Role Responsibilities:

+ Conduct research, coordinate, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards for Caterpillar Insurance Company and its affiliates.

+ Engage in identifying compliance risks and governance challenges, developing effective solutions.

+ Draft and manage communications regarding compliance matters and regulatory updates.

+ Analyze and interpret new laws, regulations, and guidance from insurance and regulatory bodies.

+ Propose and facilitate the implementation of new processes and modifications to existing procedures.

Qualifications for Ideal Candidates:

+ Familiarity with insurance compliance and regulatory frameworks.

+ Understanding of insurance laws and procedures.

+ Experience managing regulatory compliance audits.

+ Proficient in legal research and resolution of compliance issues.

+ Knowledge of insurance underwriting practices across various business lines.

+ A bachelor’s degree in Risk Management and Insurance or equivalent experience in a compliance-related role.

Information Management: Skills in capturing and organizing relevant business information systematically.

Standard Operating Procedures: Ability to design and assess SOPs to enhance operational efficiency.

Effective Communication: Proficiency in conveying ideas clearly and interpreting information accurately.

Problem Solving: Capability to identify and resolve operational challenges effectively.

Relationship Management: Skills in fostering positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
