Job Summary: JOB SUMMARY Works with Quality Manager to facilitate and oversee the laboratory safety program and compliance with all safety regulatory requirements from OSHA, State of TN and CAP. Serves as expert resource in laboratory safety; trains staff, students and physicians. Performs limited administrative duties in absence of supervisor. Develops and implements new techniques and methodologies and recommends for improved effectiveness, outcomes and operational efficiency. .
