Role Responsibilities:

+ Conduct research, coordinate, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards for Caterpillar Insurance Company and its affiliates.

+ Engage in identifying compliance risks and governance challenges, while formulating strategies to address them.

+ Draft and manage communications regarding compliance matters and regulatory updates.

+ Analyze, research, and interpret new laws, regulations, and bulletins from various insurance and regulatory bodies.

+ Propose and facilitate the implementation of new processes and modifications to existing protocols.

Qualifications for Ideal Candidates:

+ Familiarity with insurance compliance and regulatory frameworks.

+ Knowledge of insurance legislation, regulations, and operational procedures.

+ Capability to manage regulatory compliance audits effectively.

+ Proficient in legal research and adept at understanding compliance challenges and directing their resolution.

+ Understanding of insurance underwriting principles applicable across various business lines.

+ A bachelor's degree in Risk Management and Insurance or a minimum of four years of relevant experience in a compliance or underwriting role.

Business Ethics: Understanding of ethical practices and regulations governing business conduct; ability to demonstrate ethical behavior in diverse situations.

Information Management: Knowledge of processes for obtaining and documenting essential business information in an organized manner.
