There is an exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to join our HR team in Phoenix As a member of the HR team, the HR Administrator is an ambassador of the employee experience. The HR Administrator coordinates the administrative functions for the HR team, including offer letters, onboarding, and other core responsibilities needed for the day-to-day operations of the team.

What Will You Do?
  • Coordinates and implements general department services such as appointment-setting, records control, and other administrative activities.
  • Administer employee benefits, acting as a liaison between employees and insurance companies to resolve issues pertaining to employee benefits; working closely with third party administrators and health vendors to resolve discrepancies.
  • Coordinate COBRA for eligible employees and/or dependents
  • Manages Workers Comp Claims; documenting in HRIS system.
  • Assists with employee correspondence, including leaves of absences, benefits, onboarding, and other HR related topics.
  • Manage employee leave of absences, to include FMLA. This includes leave documentation as well as Short and/or Long Term Disability.
  • Partners with HR team to ensure all employee personnel files are accurate and up to date.
  • Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
  • Supports orientation of new employees as needed, including creating onboarding and benefits packages.
  • Partners with site leadership to coordinate employee engagement events.
  • Assists with the preparation and execution of annual HR functions, such as performance management, open enrollment, etc.
  • Maintain Personnel Files
  • Ensure all sites and office are in compliance with Labor Law Posters


What You Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • Two or more years of related experience or relevant coursework
  • Able to maintain discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Preferred experience working with HRIS software
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable; a desire to learn
  • A positive attitude as a detail-oriented self-starter
  • Basic analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
