Position Overview: We are in search of a meticulous and organized Human Resources Administrator to assist with the increasing demands of our organization. The HR Administrator will be instrumental in facilitating various HR functions, ensuring efficient operations in recruitment, employee records management, compliance, and general HR administration. This role is perfect for individuals with a solid administrative background who excel in a dynamic environment and are eager to contribute to team success.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Recruitment Support:
    • Utilize JazzHR for recruitment processes.
    • Assist in job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication coordination.
    • Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
    • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation logistics.
  2. Employee Records Management:
    • Utilize Zenefits/TriNet for managing employee records.
    • Maintain and update both physical and electronic employee records.
    • Process changes in employee status, including promotions, transfers, and terminations.
    • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations while maintaining confidentiality of employee information.
  3. Benefits Administration:
    • Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollments and terminations.
    • Assist employees with inquiries regarding benefits and resolve issues.
    • Collaborate with external vendors to effectively manage benefit plans.
  4. HR Policies and Compliance:
    • Assist in the maintenance of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with current legislation.
    • Support compliance efforts related to employment laws and regulations.
    • Help organize and participate in audits and investigations as necessary.
  5. HR Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare HR-related reports and metrics for management review.
    • Analyze data trends to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
  6. General Administrative Support:
    • Provide administrative assistance to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining supplies.
    • Assist in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-3 years of proven experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Google Apps for Business (especially Sheets and Docs).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
