Summary of Position:

The Bilingual HR Coordinator will be responsible for providing HR coverage and other administrative duties, as assigned, to support the Human Resources Department.

Compensation: $23-$25/hr

Hours: 7am-4pm Mon-Fri

Essential Functions:

  • Assist associates with general HR inquiries
  • Perform various administrative duties including payroll data entry
  • Assist with employment verifications and filing
  • Assist with all aspects of the employment onboarding process including new hire paperwork, verifying employment eligibility, and new hire orientation and/or employee meetings
  • Assist in recruitment efforts, including posting job openings and conducting initial screenings
  • Assist with other HR responsibilities as directed by the Human Resources Manager and Regional Human Resources Team

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in HR (minimum 1 year) or administrative roles is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Ability to communicate, speak and write in both English and Spanish.
