We are seeking a dedicated and organized HR Administrator to join our team. The HR Administrator will support the HR department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing HR records, assisting with recruitment, and providing support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, LTD, STD, accident, and life insurance.
  • Prepare and process payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Associates in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Or Experience of 2 years.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
