Outsourced Doers matches trained marketing Virtual Assistants (who we call Doers), with busy, time-poor online entrepreneurs (who we call Founders). With over 1,000 Doers and Founders from over 50 countries, we’re helping Founders globally to work less and achieve more.
About the Role
The primary purpose of the Sales Recruiter is to work directly with the Head of Sales to source candidates to rapidly grow the global sales team.
The
Sales Recruiter will work closely with the Head of Sales. The outcomes of this role directly impacts the team growth, culture management and growth and revenue.
Role responsibilities range in nature and complexity, with key components including:
Work alongside the Head of Sales and deliver high performing sales team members.
Work in BREEZY ATS to shortlist and interview high performance Sales people
Deploy outreach strategies for roles to increase quality candidates including LinkedIn Outreach, networking and other approaches in the market.
Assist in the onboarding process for candidates (alongside the internal Sales Operations team) to ensure a smooth onboarding and handover to Department Heads.
About You

What You’ve Done:
The following experience is required (or in some cases desired) for this role:
2+ years of experience in a Sales Recruitment role, sales team recruitment is essential
Experience in working a fast-growth tech or online start-up
Proven experience in rapidly building a global sales team
