Supervise team of assigned recruiters to effectively manage pipelines, activity and goals. Prospect while servicing and building relationships with existing clients, involving face-to-face interaction with them. Generate sales leads, cold call prospective clients, and set client meetings. Actively support existing account leadership in the development and execution of account growth plans. Achieve agreed-upon weekly and monthly goals. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience. Two years of experience in the staffing industry (preferred but not required); IT staffing is a plus. Experience with selling to or managing enterprise-level accounts. Strong Google and G Suite application skills. Proven negotiation skills. Excellent customer service and interpersonal relationship skills. Strong organizational skills along with excellent written/verbal communication skills. Must possess strong problem-solving expertise and ability to interact with all levels of leadership. Experience with working remotely and independently.
