Roles and Responsibilities: Vendor Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers. Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries, escalations, and issue resolution. Contract Negotiation and Management: Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and conditions with vendors to achieve favorable agreements. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including IT, finance, legal, and operations teams, to align vendor management activities with organizational goals. Communicate vendor performance metrics, issues, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders. Provide guidance and support to internal teams on vendor management processes, policies, and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience as a Vendor Management Specialist, Vendor Manager, or similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
