This position is classified as exempt under the Administrative Exemption category. This position’s primary duty is to oversee the optimal operations of all RHE directly managed properties (David Scull, Scattered Sites, RELP, RHEP, and Scarborough Square). Oversee the Maintenance Team through direct supervision of the Maintenance Manager, and direct Supervision of the Property Management Staff. Work with the Parkside Property Management team (attend monthly meetings) to stay abreast of any issues that may arise with Parkside.

**DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES**:

- Overall Management of Physical Assets
- Ensure the physical assets, units, buildings, and site are properly maintained in good repair, free of pest infestations, and mold/moisture issues at all times. Including the interior of units through the use of housekeeping inspections.
- Communicate to upper management what major repairs are needed and work with management to schedule the repairs in conjunction with available cash flows.
- Communicate any process changes to management immediately.
- Communicate to upper management any technology-related item.
- Lead, motivate and train Maintenance and Property Management Team
- Improve overall quality of work and approach to maintaining units.
- Provide leadership to the Maintenance and Property Management Team.
- Responsible for the CDBG Contract/Vendor Contract Management.
- Responsible for the Annual Asset Management Planning.
- Responsible for all HUD Reporting (Annual reports).
- Generate RHE Monthly Reporting - Program Integrity.
- Ensure compliance with local and federal rules.
- Knowledgeable of Tax Credit Program and compliance.
- Knowledgeable of HUD Programs and Compliance.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Physical Demands**: This position works in an office setting. In the office it is primarily sedentary physical work requiring the ability to lift a maximum of 20 pounds; occasional lifting, carrying, walking, bending over (to file), and standing; frequent hand/eye coordination and finger dexterity to operate personal computer and office equipment; vision for reading, recording and interpreting information; speech communication and hearing to maintain communication with employees and customers.

**Work Environment**: Works in a clean, comfortable environment in the office, sitting at a computer for at least 6 hrs. /day.

**Education Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred
- Mandatory High School Diploma or equivalent
- Some combination of experience and education may substitute for a Bachelor’s Degree
- Read and write in English.
- Basic Proficiency Test
- This position requires you to complete 24 hours of training per year.

Pay: $45,823.81 - $70,000.00 per year
