**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle invoicing for a variety of Rental products, including Security Fencing, Portable Sanitation, Traffic Control Products, and Rapid Deployment Security Surveillance
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
- Prepare commercial AIA billings and other custom billing portals.
- Conduct audits on long-term rental engagements for precise and customer-aligned invoicing.
- Interact with customers regarding invoicing, addressing concerns, etc.
- Collaborate with team members on billing matters.
- Complete special projects as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- 2-4 years of accounting experience in the construction industry.
- Friendly, helpful attitude.
- Proficient use of general ledger software (RouteOptix a plus).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a team across multiple locations.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Clean driving record and valid DL.
- Thrives in a fast-paced team environment.

**Work Environment & Benefits**:

- Monday-Friday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm in office hours.
- Business casual dress attire.
- Local travel required.
- Competitive salary and benefits package.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
