- Process and reconcile financial transactions, ensuring timely and accurate billing of clients.
- Prepare and submit financial reports to management, highlighting key financial metrics and trends.
- Develop and implement processes to improve financial efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure seamless financial operations and high-quality client service.
- Proven experience in accounting and financial management, preferably in a law firm or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online and Excel, with ability to learn new software and systems.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with Clio or similar practice management software a plus.
- Competitive salary range of $50,000 - $60,000 based on experience.
