Description

As a Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire billing process. This includes generating invoices, processing payments, and ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded. You will collaborate closely with our finance and operations teams to maintain financial accuracy and support overall business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and send out invoices to clients.

  • Process incoming payments and ensure accurate recording.

  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices.

  • Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve any issues.
