**Position Overview**: Brighton Academy is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Preschool Office Administrator to manage the daily administrative operations of our preschool. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth functioning of the school and providing support to staff, parents, and children. This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the front office, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and responding to inquiries.
- Maintain student records, including enrollment, attendance, and health information.
- Handle billing and invoicing, including tuition collection and processing payments.
- Coordinate staff schedules, meetings, and professional development activities.
- Order and manage office and classroom supplies.
- Assist with planning and organizing school events, field trips, and parent meetings.
- Ensure compliance with state licensing requirements and school policies.
- Provide administrative support to the preschool director and teaching staff as needed.
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and external vendors.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with administrative software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
