Job Overview The Office Administrative Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting management with various administrative duties, which may include ordering supplies, data management, and document organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute administrative tasks such as mail distribution, supply ordering, and inventory management.
  • Answer phone calls and welcome visitors with a courteous approach.
  • Assist management with clerical functions related to finance, payroll, receiving, and human resources, including filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
  • Engage with customers, clients, and employees; respond to inquiries or redirect calls as necessary.
  • Maintain office communications and informative displays.
  • Utilize technology, systems, and software, including voicemail systems, copiers/scanners, personal computers, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
  • The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Frequent repetitive motions with hands and/or arms may be required.
