At Window Genie, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients via phone and in-person.
- Work closely with our technicians to review daily work orders and ensure timely completion of services.
- Manage customer and job data entry with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Prioritize and coordinate the scheduling of services to meet customer needs.
- Communicate effectively with customers and service professionals to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Assist the owner in all customer-facing and internal services of the business, including tasks related to customer service, scheduling, and data entry.
Requirements:
- Minimum two years of administrative experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and personality, with a strong focus on customer service and teamwork.
- Ability to work part-time in the office, with more hours potentially available during busy seasons.
