The expected ENTRY pay range for this position based on experience and equity within the Judicial Branch is $19.43 to $20.78.

This position is non-exempt under the FLSA.

Position Qualifications

Combined education and experience qualifications:

Essential Job Tasks

- Provides administrative support to the Family Department, which includes scheduling administrative conferences and court hearings based on petitions, minute entries, and other legal documents
- Performs a variety of case management functions, including reviewing case status reports and researching cases
- Assist internal and external customers with complex questions regarding a variety of departmental processes and procedures
- Trains new and existing staff on Department policies, procedures, and processes.
- Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to photocopying, scanning faxing, mailing, and data entry
- Completes special projects

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to speak clearly and hear; see details of objects that are less than a few feet away; sit for long periods of time; stand, walk, use hands to finger handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and occasionally push, pull or lift up to 20 pounds.
