**General Information**:
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Receptionist:
promptly and courteously
- Creating and maintaining electronic
and paper documents
- Providing accurate information about
the General Education Program
- Greeting walk-in visitors
Curricular Support Specialist:
- Working with other offices to schedule
classes and manage enrollment
- Coordinating annual program updates to
undergraduate catalog and program
publications, print and digital
- Querying databases, organizing
complex data and preparing reports
- Stewarding sensitive information and
exercising confidentiality
- Assisting the area coordinators and faculty committees
Office Operations Manager:
- Maintaining a high level of
administrative organization and efficiency
- Managing complex budgets and
monitoring accounts, including monthly
reconciliations, reimbursements. budget
revisions, accounting vouchers, small purchase credit card, agency transaction vouchers, personnel action requests
- Ordering and purchasing supplies
- Event planning (e.g., conferences, speakers, workshops)
- Managing website, social media, and other campus communications
Executive support for the Senior Associate
Vice Provost:
- Screening and answering calls
- Managing calendar and scheduling
meetings
- Preparing correspondence
- Occasional help with special projects
- May be required to perform other duties as assigned
