**Position Summary**:
This position is at the core of our operations, its perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves problem-solving, and is passionate about providing exceptional customer service. Acting as the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll play an instrumental role in upholding our standard of excellence in customer service while ensuring our technical team is dispatched efficiently and effectively. This role goes beyond the typical call center duties, requiring a proactive approach to office administration that directly enhances our service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

**You’re Probably a Match If You Have**:

- A solid background in office administration, equipped with the organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Someone who values teamwork and open communication, capable of receiving and providing feedback constructively.
- You have previous experience in OSHA certification, or have the ability to lead efforts in the acquisition and maintenance of OSHA certification for our staff. **_This is a huge BONUS but not required.**_
- _HVAC industry knowledge_ _is a bonus but not required._
- A knack for technology, including proficiency with computers and QuickBooks.
- A customer-first attitude
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
- A proactive problem-solver, always ready to address and resolve issues as they arise.
- Capable of engaging effectively with both customers and team members.
- A high school diploma (or equivalent), authorization to work in the U.S., and a desire to grow and succeed with us.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Embrace a variety of duties, including PO management, material ordering, and ensuring smooth service delivery.
- Serve as a pivotal administrative support, handling a range of office duties from managing records to coordinating with different departments for service excellence.
- Play a significant role in our commitment to safety and compliance by assisting in obtaining and maintaining OSHA certification for our staff. (Not required but a BIG PLUS)
- Engage in continuous learning, particularly with our service program, Housecall Pro, for daily operations
- Work closely with our service team, manage service schedules with precision, ensuring that appointments are set, confirmed, and followed up on, providing a seamless experience for customers and technicians alike.
- Conduct outbound calls to fill our schedule for the techs
- Engage with customers over the phone, providing fast, friendly, and fun service.
- Provide exceptional customer service, managing both inbound and outbound calls with efficiency and a positive demeanor.
- Following up after service work to assure our customers had a good experience.
- Proactively address and deescalate any customer concerns, providing solutions that reflect our commitment to customer satisfaction.

**Compensation**:

- $19 - $25 per hour based off experence

- A full-time role with a consistent schedule of 40 hours per week, from 7 am to 3 pm, allowing you to enjoy your afternoons.
