**Essential Functions and Primary Duties**
- Maintain clear understanding of full cycle recruitment in Financial Services
- Maintain internal and external job postings across multiple platforms
- Attend networking events as a representative of CBIZ & MHM
- Ability to maintain a professional presence on social media sites, promote open positions and network
- Research target companies and organizations to support sourcing strategies
- Additional responsibilities assigned
- Financial Service industry knowledge is preferred

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Ability to quickly prioritize as circumstances requires; can efficiently and effectively address a broad range of competing priorities
- Demonstrates commitment to exceptional client service
- Knowledge of Taleo ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
- Ability to work in a fast paced, results driven environment

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience preferred or High School Diploma or GED with 3 years of recruiting experience
- Working knowledge of the public accounting or a professional services firm is desirable
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
- Proficient use of applicable technology
- Must be able to travel based on client and business needs
