  • Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for ongoing recruitment needs, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Work closely with internal teams to improve talent acquisition strategies, driving business results and growth.
  • Represent LSF at industry events and conferences, promoting career opportunities and building relationships with potential candidates.
  • Support recruitment efforts at colleges and universities, creating internship programs and partnerships to attract top talent.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of talent sourcing experience in non-profit, human services, healthcare, or education sectors.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/ATS software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
