Lutheran Services Florida (LSF) is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a critical role in building a diverse and vibrant workforce to serve our communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, source, and screen top talent for current and future hiring needs, leveraging innovative strategies to attract both passive and active candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and guide candidates through the hiring process, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for ongoing recruitment needs, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Work closely with internal teams to improve talent acquisition strategies, driving business results and growth.
- Represent LSF at industry events and conferences, promoting career opportunities and building relationships with potential candidates.
- Support recruitment efforts at colleges and universities, creating internship programs and partnerships to attract top talent.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 1-3 years of talent sourcing experience in non-profit, human services, healthcare, or education sectors.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/ATS software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
