Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, source, and screen top talent for current and future hiring needs.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing strategies to attract both passive and active candidates.
  • Engage with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and guide candidates through the hiring process.
  • Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for ongoing recruitment needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve talent acquisition strategies.
  • Represent LSF at job fairs and community events to promote career opportunities.
  • Provide support for recruitment efforts at colleges/universities and create internship programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of talent sourcing experience in non-profit, human services, health care or education sectors.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/ATS software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, work collaboratively, and handle confidential information.
