Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our full-cycle recruitment process. This role will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent for various positions within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent, leveraging job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen and assess candidates through phone and in-person interviews, evaluating their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on recruiting best practices.

Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
