  • Key Responsibilities
    • Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, reserving conference rooms, and coordinating logistics.
    • Coordinate interview scheduling, including availability, special arrangements, and communication with candidates.
    • Prepare and distribute offer packages, including pre-employment paperwork and I-9 documentation.
    • Coordinate pre-employment procedures, such as background checks and drug screening exams.
    • Assist with new employee onboarding, including communications, paperwork, and IT and security setup.
    • Administer the application tracking system and maintain requisition files.
    • Review and quality-assure requisitions within the business unit.
    • Track special payments, such as sign-on and employee referral bonuses.
    • Support recruitment events, including job fairs, on-campus recruiting, and on-site events.
    • Contribute to process improvements and develop new procedures for the recruitment function.
    • Source and recruit candidates for various programs, including internships, temporary staff, and full-time positions.
  • Requirements
    • Bachelor's or associate degree preferred.
    • 1-3 years of recruitment support experience, customer service, administrative, or related work experience preferred.
    • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks.
