Follow up with clients after repairs to ensure they are satisfied
- Notify management of any customer concerns
- Schedule appointments based on insurance referrals, no cold calling
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Automotive dealership or body shop experience a plus
- Assist with front desk and reception.
- Monday - Friday 8-5 or 9-6
- Must be reliable
- Must be able to work independently and as a team
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Pay based on experience
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure
- Other office duties as needed
- BDC experience a plus
