Lennar has been recognized as a Fortune 500® company and consistently ranked among the top homebuilders in the United States.Join a Company that Empowers you to Build your FutureThe Customer Care Coordinator will answer all customer care telephone calls and inquiries.  Process and administer all customer care and quality assurance related paperwork and information.  Maintain customer care records and support department activities.A career with purpose.A career built on making dreams come true.A career built on building zero defect homes, cost management, and adherence to schedules.Your Responsibilities on the Team Receive, return or forward to the appropriate Customer Care Representative (CCR) all Customer phone calls and e-mails within 24 hours as needed.Help facilitate legal Case document requests (Salesforce, Iron Mountain, BuildPro.Generate and follow up with customer reimbursement check requests.BuildPro administrator, and when needed, generate EPOs in BuildPro.Generate and manage H2 reports including H2 survey tracker and projection reports, *Salesforce and CCR/CM case management reports, Warranty Spend, NHO Tracker, Trade Partner reports, Aged Ticket reports, and Emergency Contact Calendar coordinator.  Reports may be weekly, monthly and Quarterly as needed.Be the Division’s liaison for H2 Surveys.File all documentation in warranty file and keep with other department file in a central folder.Additional duties may include scheduling of all NHOs/TLCs, managing TLC documents, Table Tops Surveys and tracking of data related to these functions.RequirementsMinimum High School or GED requiredPrior customer service experience, preferably with a homebuilderIntermediate to advanced PC skills (Microsoft Word and Excel)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsMust possess professional attitude to represent company in a positive mannerTeam playerExcellent interpersonal skillsContactsDaily interaction with various division personnel, outside agencies, business partners, consultants and homeowners.  Regular contact with the general public.
