Customer Care Coordinator

A company in Chantilly, VA is looking for a Customer Care Coordinator to join their team. This is a temporary contract with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent role. Hours are 8 am to 5 pm, in office, Monday through Friday. Pay range is $20-22 per hour during the temporary interim and if it goes into a permanent position the salary range is $46k-$48k.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively manage and support the account work order system, ensuring timely completion and compliance with key performance indicators (KPIs), while delivering excellent customer service
  • Create and monitor request service tickets, ensuring prompt resolution and appropriate follow-up
  • Ensure timely follow-up with customers and clients
  • Demonstrate self-motivation, confidence, energy, and adaptability
  • Strong focus on customer service and the ability to deliver superior service to clients
  • Ability to maintain professionalism in stressful situations
  • Excellent planning and time management skills
  • Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work autonomously
  • Proficiency in MS Office and exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Comfortable working with technology tools to support business operations
  • Strong organizational skills and a collaborative approach
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 environment

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of customer service and/or office-related experience
  • Ability to multitask and to remain detail orientated
  • Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications
