Job Summary

Lennar Homes is seeking a highly skilled Virtual Customer Care Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing homes under warranty in assigned communities. Your primary focus will be on promoting, facilitating, and fostering positive working relationships with customers and coordinating the work of Lennar trade partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Trade Partner Management
    • Coordinate and supervise the work of Lennar trade partners to ensure timely and quality completion of work.
    • Approve trade partner invoices upon satisfactory completion of the job, not to exceed $1,250.
  • Community Management
    • Manage, supervise, and direct all aspects of customer relations for assigned communities.
    • Conduct field meetings with trade partners, construction staff, and sales staff as needed.
  • Knowledge and Expertise
    • Have advanced knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and document management.
    • Be able to read and interpret blueprints.
    • Be proficient in MS Office products (Word and Excel).

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required, or equivalent work experience.
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in directing, coordinating, and supervising work, particularly in a customer-facing role with a homebuilder.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent follow-up, communication (written and verbal), and time management skills.
    • Ability to work in excess of eight hours per day.
    • Valid Driver's License with a good driving record.
    • Valid auto insurance coverage.

Physical and Office/Site Presence Requirements

Able to work in excess of eight hours per day, the ability to operate a motor vehicle, climb stairs/ladders, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move, and/or carry equipment which may be in excess of 50 pounds, occasionally operate construction equipment. Able to sit at a computer monitor for extended periods of time to complete paperwork, meet with building partners, and receive/return phone messages. Must be able to work in a construction environment under all weather conditions. Finger dexterity may be required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
