This hybrid position focuses on fostering success through reliability, service, and proactive engagement. In collaboration with our National Account Managers, you will be responsible for articulating customer requirements across different departments to guarantee timely product delivery and elevate overall customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Customer Success – Ensure exceptional service delivery to our B2B clientele, proactively addressing updates, concerns, or issues.

· Order Management – Oversee the order lifecycle from receipt and entry through modifications and expedite requests, maintaining communication until shipment.

· Database Maintenance – Manage customer records, including onboarding new clients, updating contact information, and adhering to specific customer requirements.

· Process Understanding – Gain insights into our internal processes for scheduling, manufacturing, inventory management, and shipping for key accounts.

· Inventory Coordination – Collaborate with sales and scheduling teams to monitor customer stock levels and forecasts.

· Closure Recommendations – Utilize Salesforce to request samples and provide closure solutions.

· Pricing Management – Request quotes and manage pricing details through our ERP system.

· Cross-Department Collaboration – Work with various departments to resolve client issues and engage in new or challenging customer projects.

· Support for National Account Managers – Assist in new business development and coordinate product transitions as necessary.

· Additional Customer Requests – Manage requests for new part numbers, regulatory documentation, or specifications.

· Departmental Backup – Provide support within the department as needed.

OTHER DUTIES:

  • Perform additional tasks as assigned;
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, policies, and procedures;
  • Comply with all food safety regulations;
  • Assist at the Front Desk and Sample Room when required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Demonstrated experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales, particularly within the manufacturing sector. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;

· Capacity to cultivate and sustain robust customer relationships;

· Outstanding organizational and project management capabilities;

· Proactive identification of opportunities for customer success and growth;

· Proficiency in Office 365; familiarity with DW/IQMS and Salesforce is advantageous.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
