Position Summary

The National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) is responsible for the design, construction, launch, and maintenance of the United States' intelligence satellites.

At Apogee Integration LLC, we are seeking a proficient Scheduler to support the management of the Integrated Master Schedule, ensuring all milestones and dependencies are effectively linked across Infrastructure Services and Domain milestones at both System and Enterprise levels. The Scheduler will monitor performance against established schedules to guarantee compliance with contractual, cost, and timeline objectives, while facilitating necessary adjustments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compile, update, and present the Integrated Master Schedule, ensuring all milestones and dependencies are accurately represented.
  • Coordinate and promote process enhancements that improve schedule integration.
  • Collect and consolidate scheduling data from various sources including meetings, engineering boards, and approved Request for Change (RFC) documentation.
  • Prepare Microsoft Project documentation in a professional format, incorporating visual elements to support product delivery milestones.
  • Utilize the Enterprise Schedule Server Tool for data input, report generation, and schedule artifact creation.
  • Conduct critical path analysis to identify potential impacts of schedule changes and develop mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or a related STEM field, or equivalent experience in a technical discipline.
  • Significant experience with Microsoft Project and critical path analysis.
  • A minimum of 3 years in Systems Engineering or a related area.
  • At least 3 years of experience in developing and managing complex project schedules within a multi-contractor/customer environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to devise and recommend solutions for various challenges.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with GEOINT, SIGINT, and/or COMM systems, as well as overall space and ground architecture.
  • Experience with core Systems Engineering Disciplines including Requirements, Schedule, Risk, Readiness, System Closure, and Verification, Validation & Testing (VV&T).
  • Knowledge of the Intelligence Community and associated government agencies.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the capability to lead technical discussions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.
