About the Role

Sciolex Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Master Scheduler/Schedule Analyst to join our team in Chantilly, VA. As a key member of our Systems Engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining project and program level Integrated Master Schedules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain project and program level Integrated Master Schedules
  • Perform analysis and provide status for project schedules for submission to Government personnel
  • Provide recommendations for alternative courses of action and status updates to ensure customers, service providers, and teams maintain awareness of current program statuses
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate activities and ensure meeting coordination, scope clarity, policy compliance, and alignment with strategic objectives
  • Work closely with the Government customer to analyze schedules and make recommendations related to management of the schedule, performance status, project contract actions, system dependencies, and critical path
Requirements
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance with CI Polygraph
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project
  • Ability to maintain associated schedule milestones and related sub-projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
