**Who we are looking for**

**The Role**
- The **Assistant Account Executive** will be a proactive team member who is capable of running projects independently and takes pride in their work. With direction from the Account Director, the AAE is expected to confidently and successfully manage the flow and execution of several concurrent work streams including but not limited to brand strategy and integrated production for TV, digital, social, OOH, and experiential initiatives. The AAE will be responsible for delivering against the direction set by the Account Director. This is a hybrid role, with the expectation of working from the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays or as required to successfully manage the account(s).

**Responsibilties**:

- Develop a meaningful relationship, based on trust and mutual respect, with clients, internal teams, and external partners, ensuring clear communication, exceptional attention-to-detail, and collaboration.
- Support the Managing Director and Account Director in the maintenance and growth of the account(s) with day-to-day oversight of active workstreams, deliverables, and planning of future work.
- Support the Managing Director and Account Director in the management of client budgets and billing.
- Support the Managing Director and Account Director in ensuring that the execution of all deliverables are met on time, on budget, and deliver on the brief.
- Prepare and maintain well-written weekly internal and client status reports, and meeting recaps.
- Monitor and manage all project progress, internal and external cross agency timelines.
- Organize and maintain client folders, agency/client depositories, and creative assets as instructed by the Account Director.
- Maintain meeting logs, coordinate and schedule internal, external, and client meetings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling briefs and POVs.
- Support the Managing Director and Account Director in leading production development from bidding, to awarding, managing shoots and/or content productions, post-production, implementation and reporting.
- Stay up to date on industry and cultural trends especially those closely related to the account(s) to spark thoughtful conversations looking for opportunities and optimizations for the client.
- Assist in developing presentations for clients, ensuring that all internal, external, and client presentations go through proper proofreading, and are created following any client/brand/agency guidelines.
- Conduct research as needed to inform strategies and creative.
- Ensure that all creative - concepts, designs, logos, taglines, etc. - are run internally through D&G Business Affairs, prior to being presented to clients.

**Qualifications**:

- 1 - 3 years of related experience or at an advertising agency
- Experience in project management, background in advertising and marketing is a plus
- Excellent communication abilities (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Proactive, strong problem solving capabilities, and detail oriented skills
- Financial services working experience is a plus, but not required
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong, entrepreneurial spirit and drive
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) preferred
