- Manage the AP/AR processes.
- Maintain general office asset inventory.
- Track and monitor customer reports.
- Work on excel and other programs to get out newsletters to customers

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Experience as an Office Assistant, Office Administrator or Administrative Assistant.
- Experience supporting a team in an office environment.
- Excellent written and communications skills.
- Proficient technical skills including MS Office (Outlook, MS Word, Exce **l)**

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
