Position Overview

The Administrative Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the leadership team to ensure the office operates seamlessly and effectively. This position serves as a key representative of Astor Services, acting as the primary point of contact for parents, vendors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports.
  • Compilation of quality assurance and improvement data.
  • Management of monthly in-kind contributions.
  • Oversight of billing and procurement for office supplies and facility needs.
  • Tracking and maintaining budgetary expenditures using spreadsheet software.
  • Recording daily attendance data.
  • Administration of the Center's calendar.
  • Assisting leadership with compliance to regulatory and program standards.
  • Dissemination of communications to parents and staff.
  • Upholding professional front office standards, ensuring confidentiality regarding families and staff.
Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED is required.
