**Your Role**:
As the Head of Amazon Sales, you will be the driving force behind our Amazon sales strategy. You will lead a talented team, develop and execute e-commerce initiatives, and ensure our digital storefronts deliver an outstanding customer experience. Your goal will be to maximize sales growth and enhance our brand’s online presence.

**What You’ll Do**:

- ** Lead and Inspire**: Manage, mentor, and motivate a combination of in-person and remote team members.
- ** Strategic Planning**: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with our business objectives partnering with IT to drive scaleable and repeatable technical transformation, as well as with Product Compliance.
- ** Customer Focus**: Ensure a seamless and engaging online shopping experience, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- ** Data-Driven Decisions**: Utilize analytics and performance metrics to optimize platforms and marketing efforts.
- ** Collaboration**: Work closely with Marketing and Operations teams to align strategies and enhance the overall customer experience.
- ** Innovation**: Stay ahead of industry trends and continually seek opportunities to improve our e-commerce capabilities.
- ** Product Selection**: Responsible for procurement, e-commerce listing, merchandising and imaging, PPC, and aged inventory management to right-size existing brands in the short-term and help identify and launch new brands and geographies over time.

**What You Bring**:

- ** Experience**: Demonstrated track record in e-commerce sales management, preferably within the electronics or consumer goods industry, including working knowledge of the Amazon lifecycle. Wholesale/retail experience is a plus.
- ** Leadership**: Strong leadership skills with the ability to grow, inspire, and guide a team toward success.
- ** Financial Stewardship**: Prior experience owning and managing budgets with a deep understanding of profit and loss.
- ** Analytical Mindset**: Proficiency in using analytics tools to drive decision-making and strategy, as well as the ability to develop and implement SOP’s and manage budgets.
- ** Customer-Centric**: Deep understanding of customer behavior and a passion for delivering top-notch service.
- ** Tech-Savvy**: Familiarity with Microsoft products including Power BI, as well as various e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and SEO.
- ** Excellent Communicator**: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
