BHIRED is seeking a highly skilled Amazon Account Performance Specialist to join our team. As an Account Performance Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the health and performance of client accounts within the Amazon marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics for assigned Amazon accounts.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve account health and performance.
- Conduct regular reviews of account performance data, including sales metrics, customer feedback, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with clients to set goals and create strategies for achieving them.
- Offer expert advice on Amazon best practices such as listing optimization, advertising, and inventory management.
- Identify and resolve account issues related to product listings, compliance, and operational challenges.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding account health concerns.
- Prepare and present reports on account health, performance trends, and strategic recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with Amazon's policies and guidelines to ensure client compliance and educate clients on policy changes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing Amazon accounts or working with e-commerce platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

What We Offer:
BHIRED offers a competitive salary range of $25 - $35/Hour.
