This role will allow you to develop consultative sales skills over the phone while building a trust in communication, soliciting potential customers and growing a skill set that will transition into future advancement opportunities within our company.

**What you’ll be doing.**
- Creatively self-generate leads and qualify prospects
- Execute few cold calls per day in order to build relationships with prospects and existing customers
- Stay up to date on industry trends to provide and negotiate fee to customers
- Manage freight movement and problem solve in real time by utilizing our software
- Proactively communicate when resolving issues and provide updates to customers

- Confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in cold-calling customers
- Mental endurance. An Account Executive will be on the phone, may hear a lot of rejection and will have to continue to push through
- Entrepreneurial and competitive spirit (if you’re not first, you’re last)

- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to recognize and prioritize profitable opportunities
