The Strategic Account Representative - Dealer is a key member of our sales team, responsible for supporting the sales locations of our Strategic Dealers to promote and execute the Strategic Business plan between Konica Minolta Business Solutions and the Strategic Dealer.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Training and Enablement: Work with Strategic Dealer sales locations to implement Sell Through activities, providing sales presentations and training to dealer sales reps to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
- Dealer Support and Collaboration: Ensure strategic dealer sales employees understand and execute dealer programs and promotions, and provide timely support to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Business Development and Growth: Collaborate with Strategic Dealers to develop and execute business growth strategies, leveraging Konica Minolta's products and solutions to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Reporting and Communication: Provide regular reporting to Strategic Account Managers, ensuring timely and accurate communication of sales performance, market trends, and business development opportunities.
- Experience: 2-4 years of technology sales experience, with a strong background in business development and sales enablement.
- Education: Minimum associate's degree or technical degree, with a bachelor's degree preferred.
- Skills: Excellent product knowledge, demo skills, customer skills, and ability to strategize with dealers to drive business growth.
