Storage Facility Relief Manager

As the relief manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily operations of the self-storage facility. You will be expected to comply with our storage objectives, policies, programs, and procedures while keeping accurate records of all storage-related activities. Additionally, it will be your duty to ensure that the facility's maintenance and housekeeping are in good order at all times. You will also be responsible for providing high-quality customer service and promoting all storage facility products. Please note that the essential functions are not exhaustive and may be supplemented as necessary.
- Experience in storage is a plus but not required.
- Sales, marketing, or retail experience is preferred but not required.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems and administrative duties.
- Knowledge of cash management procedures.
- Ability to achieve objectives without close supervision.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
