Facilities and Equipment Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Operations Manager to join our team at Clarios. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production and facility equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Under minimal supervision, perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment to support the achievement of the site's business goals and objectives.
- Maintain and improve facilities to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Manage and facilitate the maintenance team, which will consist of hourly and salary positions.
- Coordinate with production management to establish short/ mid/ long-term priorities and schedule repairs accordingly.
- Monitor the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment, and initiate reordering when necessary in coordination with the maintenance planner.
- Track, evaluate, and drive improvement in department KPIs, including MTTR, MTBF, OEE, and post-PM performance. Support TPM initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a maintenance manager in a manufacturing setting.
- Maintenance experience required on electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred. Combination of technical education and experience will be considered.
- PLC, HMI, and E&I experience preferred.
- Experience with OSHA 14000, 18000, and TS audit standards.
- Proficient on popular CMMS solutions like Maximo 7.6, SAP Maintenance & Prisma.
