**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the medical practice, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Manage and coordinate staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations and all HR needs.
- Collaborate with staff and contracting partners to optimize patient care and enhance overall service delivery.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
