Project Starline’s mission is to bring Google’s immersive communications experience to business and eventually consumer users everywhere. As the Strategic Partner Development Principal Lead, you will develop and manage the Direct Sales and go-to-market efforts working with a variety of cross-functional teams at Google and with original equipment manufacturer and platform partners. You will be responsible for building and working with cross-functional teams across the global business organization, Ads, and Cloud as the team grows its enterprise client base and creates strategic partnerships for Google.

The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $162,000-$243,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. **Responsibilities**:

- Support and drive execution on Starline Direct Sales strategy, work with external partners and cross-functional stakeholders to establish structures.
- Manage workstreams required for partner conversations directly through lead generation and customer engagement, guide stakeholders as a thought leader on product strategy, roadmapping and partnership opportunities, and provide key insights on market trends and recommendations on strategic commercial partnerships.
- Lead strategic partnerships and agreement processes, agreement structuring, impact modeling, terms drafting, and negotiating commercial terms, and project planning for all stages of life-cycle and product launch.
- Represent customers to ensure business and technical feedback is received and implemented to make products better.
