**Your Role**:
As our Salon Coordinator, you're the heartbeat of our operations. You will:
**Elevate Team Performance**: Guide and nurture our team, fostering an environment where everyone can thrive and grow.
- Team Development - work with Education Director to help team reach goals
- Create and Facilitate Staff Meetings
- Manage team huddles and improve salon communication

**Boost Salon Growth**:Drive improvement in service and retail sales, productivity, and client retention.
- Elevate Team Service and Retail Sales
- KPI performance including productivity, new and repeat retention, pre-booking and time standards
- Assist CEO with budgeting, reducing expenses

**Streamline Operations**:Ensure daily operations are being followed and improved
- Oversee salon cleanliness and safety
- Oversee/Support Guest Care Team
- Create, document and communicate systems

**Lead with Excellence**: Work alongside leadership tea to constantly enhance salon operations and team empowerment
- Attend all leadership education on and off-site where applicable
- Lead weekly leadership meetings
- Role model for the team

**Hiring and Recruiting**
- Assist and work with CEO to hire and recruit new employees
- Manage Job Postings, Job Descriptions and Leads to ensure current

**Who You Are**:
You have 3+ years in guest services or hospitality and salon/spa administration.

A natural leader who excels in customer service and team development.

Fashion-forward, motivated, and a multitasker.

Committed to beauty and excellence with a 'no excuses' attitude.

Available for flexible scheduling, including evenings and three Saturdays a month.
