**Job Overview**:
Pioneering Decisive Solutions, Inc. (PIDESO), is a women-owned, government contractor, located in California, MD. We provide engineering technical services for Systems Engineering, Logistics Support Analysis and Life Cycle Management, as well as providing AT-System Testing and Diagnostic support to government and commercial vendors.

We are looking for an immediate receptionist who can also provide occasional administrative services to our corporate team managers.

**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming phone calls and operate telephone console to screen and route calls to appropriate individual.
- Obtain voice mail messages.
- Greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner, announce visitors to employees.
- Maintain visitor log, provide visitor badges, and track return of badges.
- Process and distribute incoming and returned mail.
- Prepare and process outgoing packages for shipment and coordinate pick up by transport.
- Provide administrative and clerical support for tasks given by corporate management as needed.
- Arrange and schedule employee travel.
- Assist with completion of travel expense reports.
- Update appointment and attendance calendars.
- Manage office supplies.
- Other related duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of reception/administrative support experience
- High Scholl diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
- Listens well with the ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Great problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Must be a current US Citizen or US Permanent Resident
