Job Summary

Vibra Healthcare is seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and vendors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for patients and visitors
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling patient inquiries
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and copying
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous receptionist experience preferred
  • Multi-line phone system experience and data system experience preferred
  • Ability to project a professional image and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills
