Receptionist - Patient Services Representative

Vibra Healthcare is seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and vendors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a warm and welcoming experience for patients and visitors
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling patient inquiries
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and copying
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous receptionist experience preferred
- Multi-line phone system experience and data system experience preferred
- Ability to project a professional image and provide exceptional customer service
- Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills
- Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant
- Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions
