**Key Responsibilities**
- Greeting and Welcoming
- Extend a warm welcome to all visitors, clients, and employees, setting the tone for a positive experience.
- Front Desk Operations
- Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of tasks.
- Communication and Liaison
- Liaise with lobby security to ensure the safe and secure arrival of external visitors and contractors.
- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to the team, including tasks such as ordering office supplies and stocking coffee and kitchen amenities.
- Concierge Services
- Offer concierge services, including coat and luggage check-in, welcome packets, and coffee services.
- Reservation and Scheduling
- Assist with desk and conference room reservations, as well as scheduling meetings and events.
- Vendor Management
- Manage vendor relationships, including invoicing and coding.
- Facilities Management
- Work with the facilities team to ensure all systems are in working order.
- IT Support
- Provide basic IT support to the team.
**Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience in a front office or administrative role.
